James Marlatt Certified Executive Coach - Evidence Based Coach
Jim is the founder of Coachman Leadership Solutions, a company dedicted to helping others through coaching. He has over 30 years of experience with people in large and small organizations, governments, and indigenous communities, in many countries around the world. Jim has walked in many technical, managerial, leadership, and coaching roles. His breadth, and depth of experience spans human interaction from the wilderness, to the shop floor, to the boardroom.
Jim has an extraordinary natural ability to help others on their individual, and organizational journeys. He approaches coaching in a compassionate, caring, and goal oriented manner. Jim is a Certified Executive Coach, with an International Coach Federation approved Masters level certificate from Royal Roads University. Jim is also an Evidence Based Coach with certification from Fielding Graduate Unversity.
Jim's inquisitiveness is evident in his current pursuit of a doctorate focusing on human development, transformative learning, and coaching, at the Fielding Graduate University, School of Human and Organization Development.
Jim draws on a rich life experience, theory, and practice to serve his coaching clients. Jim is a coach,a geoscientist, a professional engineer, and holds an MBA, and an MA in Human Development.
